The Finding Your Feet programme is designed to help you upskill in delivering safer falls/falls prevention sessions to elderly participants. At the course you be looking and the essential techniques and strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of your participants while enhancing their physical fitness and confidence. Don’t miss out on this valuable workshop that will equip you with the knowledge and tools to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior community members. In discussions with a wide range of groups working with the older population there has been a large amount of interest in the possibilities this programme offer, and offers to help roll it out.
Clearly this is a course for Coaches, but anyone who is 3rd Kyu or above who potentially may wish to become a coach in the future can also attend.

26th October – Walsall Centre of Excellence 10.00am – 3.00pm
17th November – Cherry Judo Club, Lincoln 10.00am – 3.00pm
