What happens when I turn up?
A good martial arts school knows that the most important task is looking after our newcomers, after all, the first step is the biggest and most important!
One of our friendly coaches will greet you to give you an overview of the class and venue, check a few quick details and introduce you to our warm and welcoming family.
Please allow a little extra time (Approx 10mins), as this will allow our helpers to get you kitted up with a Judo jacket. Wear either jogging bottoms or leggings which do not have Zips or metal objects and a t-shirt. Bring along a sensible drink for sport. If you have an existing martial arts uniform, bring it as it may be fine to wear (white or blue only though please). Finally, please make us aware of any medical conditions (such as Asthma for example).
